WestLB Appoints NY Chief Dealer, Complementing Global Moves

NEW YORK--Westdeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale (WestLB) has named James Bovery as the new chief FX dealer for its North American treasury operations in New York (FXW, February 23). He will report directly into New York treasurer Tom McCaffery, who was named to the post in November (FXW, November 10, 1997).
Global head of FX Humphrey Percy has been restructuring the product line and integrating the bank's worldwide FX trading and sales divisions since he joined the bank in December 1995.
