Liliana Nealon, the former executive vice president in charge of global sales and marketing operations at FX Concepts, has filed suit against the company and its founding president John Taylor.

The suit covers a number of allegations ranging from charges of sexual harassment and maintaining a "sexually hostile" working environment to reneging on verbal employment terms, including the purchase of two of Nealon's own business operations.
