NatWest has hired three forward traders from Chase in London. Chris Lynch will run the desk, supported by Jonathan Silcock and Derek Murphy. None of the new hires represent replacements, officials say. The three are slated to begin at NatWest on March 11.
Frank Conte returned to Royal Bank of Canada in New York several weeks ago to head the institutional sales desk, confirms Diego Giurleo, vice president and treasury manager for the U.S. Conte had briefly joined WestLB along with the entire RBC
