Borden Resigns From Chase Manhattan After 32-Year Career With The Bank

James Borden is resigning from Chase Manhattan Bank after 32 years, officials confirm. Borden was most recently acting as the head of FX sales in New York following the April 1 merger with Chemical Bank.
