MAI has relocated supervision of its Far East business from Hong Kong to London, officials say. Chief executive Wayne Lochner who was on the divisional board and represented MAI's interest in the Far East, has been let go. The Hong Kong office was purely a management office and had no broking operations, but Lochner managed business for the region. His responsibilities for all Far East money and securities broking operations have been taken over by David Pascall in London.
