The inaugural dinner of the Wholesale Markets Brokers' Association, held November 3 at the Worshipful Company of Stationers & Newspaper Makers in London, drew 140 guests with representatives from each of the 16 corporate members of the WMBA. The event featured Howard Davies, chairman of the Financial Services Authority, as the guest speaker. The dinner celebrated the expanded role of the WMBA, which amongst other responsiblities, represents the interests of the broking industry to market
