Prebon/Marshall Complete Merger Announcing Management Line-Up

LONDON--Prebon Yamane and MW Marshall & Co completed the merger of their international broking operations last week. The company is now known as Prebon Marshall Yamane in Europe and Prebon Yamane in Asia and the Americas.
In London, the integration of the staff of the two firms is nearly complete. Only Marshall's spot FX team has yet to transfer to the Prebon offices in Bishopsgate. A spokesperson says they expect to move to the merged company's offices in August.
