Duncan Stands Down From Echo Hot Seat As Norwegian Banks Join Clearing House

Graham Duncan, architect of the Exchange Clearing House Organisation, has stepped down in a surprise New Year management reshuffle announced today. Bob Holmes, a recently retired senior manager from Midland Bank, succeeds him as managing director of the London-based multilateral FX netting clearing house, officials say.
