First Chicago Rebuilds Forex Marketing Team After Promoting Karmen-Shafer As Manager

First Chicago is rebuilding its Chicago-based foreign exchange sales and marketing team under Kathy Karmen-Shafer, the bank's recently appointed vice president in charge of North American forex sales (FXW, January 16), following a spate of recent departures, officials say.
