Bankers Trust has named Gary Lord as its new regional head of FX for Asia-Pacific in Singapore. He succeeds Ivan Ritossa, who was promoted to global head of FX in London last month (FXW, February 2). Lord has previously chief dealer for the bank's debt business in Sydney, reporting to Rodney Payne, head of debt markets. In his new position, Lord will oversee FX trading for Singapore, Sydney and Auckland, reporting to Ritossa. Officials were unavailable to comment on whether a replacement has
