Lawes is on BoA Merrill's side

LONDON - Jamie Lawes will join the London spot foreign exchange trading desk at Bank of America Merrill Lynch next month, according to sources at the bank.

Lawes will start in the first week of September in a trading role with responsibility for the commonwealth currencies, sources told FX Week.
