Bozian to leave CLS

Alan Bozian, chief executive of central settlement infrastructure CLS, is to leave the firm at the end of this month, after just over two years with the firm.

Bozian was based in New York and joined CLS in March 2010, taking over as chief executive in June that year, following the retirement of former chief executive Rob Close. He began his career and spent 24 years at UBS, initially as a foreign exchange trader and later progressing to more senior roles, including head of US government bond
