Blockchain-focused institutional technology provider OTC Exchange Network (OTCXN) has appointed Drew Rasmussen as chief technology officer, responsible for overseeing all technical design and technology resources and development.
Rasmussen has years of experience in leading and implementing blockchain systems for top global companies, including State Street and Nasdaq, having adopted distributed ledger technologies (DLT) for various usage.
