Gilbert to develop Liquidnet's US equities business in Europe
Gilbert has more than a decade of experience in US equities sales to European asset managers
Simon Gilbert has joined Liquidnet as a sales director in the firm’s London office, where he will be responsible for sourcing institutional liquidity in US equities for its members in Europe. He will report to Tony Booth, head of sales at Liquidnet.
“There is real demand for US liquidity in Emea [Europe, the Middle East and Africa], so I am delighted to welcome Simon to the company to focus on further developing our US equities business with the European buy-side community,” says Mark Pumfrey
