Hebert joins IHS Markit as a director in business development

Randy Hebert has joined IHS Markit’s Singapore office as a director in foreign exchange business development for MarkitServ.

Hebert joins from First Derivatives, where he occupied the same role for two years.

MarkitServ provides venue connectivity, trading services, trade confirmation and management, clearing and regulatory reporting for the FX market.
