Crédit Agricole's global head of FX options retires from FX and looks to launch a line of 'gentlemen's undergarments'

Steve Rendon, global head of FX options at Crédit Agricole, has resigned from the bank to retire from the industry and launch a fashion line, focusing on boxer shorts, FX Week has learned.

He follows in the footsteps of Crédit Agricole’s previous global head of FX options, Richard Bailey, who decided to set up a clothing line called Southern Marine in January 2016, some six months after resigning from the French bank.

Bailey’s brand sells hoodies and T-shirts named after FX market participants
