Egger joins FastMatch from Citadel Securities
He will become the platform’s head of sales for the Americas, with a particular focus on the buy side and hedge funds
Citadel Securities’ Shawn Egger is joining foreign exchange trading platform FastMatch on June 5 as head of sales for the Americas, FX Week has learned.
He will be targeting trading venues’ products and services to buy-side market participants and hedge funds.
Egger was previously part of Citadel Securities’ FX sales team, a role he began in 2014.
While at Citadel Securities, Egger participated in the build-out of the FX franchise, one of the largest client franchises in the non-bank sector
