Horkan becomes chief operating officer at LCH
John Horkan will retain his role as head of LCH North America
John Horkan has assumed the role of global chief operating officer (COO) of LCH’s rates and foreign exchange derivatives businesses, which he will carry out in addition to his current responsibilities as head of LCH North America.
Horkan will continue to be based in New York, reporting to new chief executive Daniel Maguire.
He will work alongside the chief executives of the group’s regulated central counterparties and the senior management team to implement LCH’s strategy across its services
