Verbal arguments to dismiss the charges against three former foreign exchange traders who allegedly conspired to manipulate EUR/USD prices have been postponed for a second time until March 26. The court filing gave no reason for the postponement and representatives for both sides declined to comment.

Originally, defence attorneys for UK citizens Christopher Ashton, Rohan Ramchandani and Richard Usher were scheduled to argue on January 29 for the case to be thrown out of the Southern District
