Metcalfe joins WFE
Richard Metcalfe previously worked for BNY Mellon as a Mifid II implementation consultant
Richard Metcalfe has joined the World Federation of Exchanges to head its regulatory affairs department. He replaces Gavin Hill, who had been in the role since 2015, and will report to Nandini Sukumar, chief executive of the WFE.
Metcalfe joins the WFE after conducting consulting work on regulatory affairs, most recently for BNY Mellon where he advised the US bank on the practical implementation of Mifid II and other relevant regulations.
Prior to this, Metcalfe worked at the Investment
