Barker joins Sucden Financial
Darren Barker was previously at RJ O’Brien, which closed its FX business earlier this year
Darren Barker has joined Sucden Financial recently on its foreign exchange desk in London, FX Week has learned.
Barker began working at Sucden after leaving rival broker RJ O’Brien in late 2017, ahead of the firm’s exit from the FX space earlier this year. He joined RJ O’Brien in 2016 as head of cash-trading sales.
Barker started his career as an FX trader before moving into sales, during which he has sold FX products to hedge funds, commodity trading advisers, banks, real-money auction
