Cboe creates markets division to leverage talent pool

Cboe Global Markets has created a new markets division to combine its talent pool and better serve its global customers.

On April 4, the firm announced that Andy Lowenthal and Bryan Harkins have been appointed as executive vice-presidents and co-heads of the new division.

The markets division brings together the firm’s product, sales, business development and account coverage personnel across US equities and options, and exchange-traded product (ETP) listings, as well as its global derivatives
