LCH Group names Bailey as chairman

Marshall Bailey has been appointed chairman of LCH Group and an independent non-executive director of the board of directors at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), the majority-owner of LCH. Ruth Wandhöfer will also join the board.

Bailey, who received an OBE this year, replaces Lex Hoogduin, who stepped down from his roles as chairman and non-executive director at the clearing house.

Hoogduin had been a member of the LSEG since December 2015 and the chair of LCH Group since March 2015. He
