BNY Mellon hires Lee as FX trader

Jonathan Lee moves to the bank from Standard Chartered

Trading move: Jonathan Lee reports to David Simpson, head of G10 FX spot trading at BNY Mellon

Jonathan Lee has joined BNY Mellon as a trader on the custodian’s G10 foreign exchange desk, based in Singapore.

He reports to David Simpson, head of G10 FX spot trading.

Lee was previously a FX trader at Standard Chartered, which he joined as a financial markets international graduate in April 2015.

He became a FX trader at the bank in September 2016, covering G10 spot, Asian FX deliverables and non-deliverable forwards.

At Standard Chartered, Lee also managed the Singapore dollar and Thai
