Mary Leung moves to the bank from Deutsche Bank

Mary Leung has taken up a new London-based role as global head of client foreign exchange algos at State Street. 

She reports to Jim Foster, global head of e-FX trading.

In her new position, Leung is responsible for growing the US bank’s client algorithm business. She is also tasked with leading the design of trading algos, liquidity analysis, and selecting pre- and post-trade transaction cost analysis suites.

She moves to State Street from Deutsche Bank, where she was a quant in the German
