Former Banque de France governor and European Central Bank governing council member Christian Noyer is joining the board of directors of blockchain platform provider SETL, the company recently announced.

Noyer has held numerous senior positions in the world of international finance, most recently the governorship of the French central bank between 2003 and 2015.
