Galinov settles legal dispute with Euronext-owned FastMatch

Both sides remain silent and admit no liability or wrongdoing

Dmitri Galinov, a former chief executive of FastMatch, has agreed to settle the wrongful termination lawsuit he brought against his former employer and its parent company Euronext less than a year ago.

The terms of the settlement were not released in the February 14 announcement, but the two parties say they have amicably resolved the lawsuit. Neither are admitting to any liability or wrongdoing,
