Gupta promoted to head e-FX trading, Apac at NatWest Markets

Sudeep Gupta has taken on a new role as head of e-FX trading, Asia-Pacific at NatWest Markets in Singapore, FX Week has learned.

Gupta worked in e-FX trading at RBS Markets and International Banking for more than three years before joining NatWest.

He joined RBS Financial Markets as a quant strategist in 2008, and held that role for more than seven years.

RBS revived the NatWest Markets brand in 2016, on the back of UK rules for banks to separate their domestic retail operations from riskier
