Specialist know-how: Nomura grows electronic business by creating new global strategy group

Nomura has formed a new global team that combines expertise from across the bank, with 100 handpicked specialists from quantitative modelling, IT and its artificial intelligence lab.

The group is co-headed by Matthew Hampson, deputy chief digital officer, and Michael Anthony, head of US rates algorithmic trading. Both report to chief digital officer Jez Mohideen.
