Former Deutsche trader becomes head of Apac Stir trading in Sydney

Apac role: Hansraj Mishra has been promoted at CBA in Sydney

Hansraj Mishra, who has worked in interest rates structuring at Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) since July 2018, was promoted to head of Apac short-term interest rates trading (Stir) in May, FX Week has learned.

The desk covers all foreign exchange swaps and forwards, overnight indexed swaps, short-dated interest rate swaps and cross-currency basis, as well as forward rate agreement pricing for the bank’s Australian and Asian institutional and small- to medium-sized clients.
