Lloyds hires Saggers as head of e-trading

Nicholas Saggers joined Lloyds Bank in London as a managing director and head of e-trading in London last week, FX Week has learned.

Saggers moved to his new employer from Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML).

He will lead the build-out of Lloyd’s e-trading business across asset classes.

At BAML, Saggers worked in rates and e-trading, and served as the bank’s representative on the Bank of England’s working group on sterling risk-free reference rates.

Lloyds Bank declined to comment.
