Weston joins CIBC as head of funding and liquidity

Reilly Weston has taken on a new role as head of funding and liquidity at CIBC in Sydney, FX Week has learned.

Weston previously worked as a senior treasury manager, funding and liquidity, at Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, for more than three years.

Prior to that he headed Nomura’s Europe, Middle East and Africa funding and Treasury funding desk.

Weston started his career as a market risk analyst at Suncorp in 2000, managing Treasury exposures across interest rates and foreign
