Tudor Investment Corporation employed Nikhil Sharma earlier this month as a portfolio manager, FX Week has learned.

For three years, Sharma worked as a global macro portfolio manager at Koch Supply & Trading before taking up his new post.

He was previously an associate portfolio manager at The Carlyle Group; a role he began in January 2013.

Before that, Sharma was a vice-president for global macro trading at Deutsche Bank and an equities derivatives/macro trader in the strategic investment
