Phlx Announces Ucom Start Date At Annual Options Symposium

The Philadelphia Stock Exchange (Phlx) will launch its United Currency Options Market (Ucom) today, according to president and chief executive officer Nicholas Giordano speaking at Phlx's 11th annual International Currency Options Symposium in New York City on November 2.
Phlx executive vice president Joseph Rizzello also announced that the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC), which that day gave its blessing to Ucom, also cleared a significant regulatory obstacle that previously made it
