Martignoni Trial Gets Underway in NY

The trial of James Martignoni, a former ABN Amro Bank currency options trader charged with bank fraud, making false entries and conspiracy to commit these offences, is underway in New York.

Martignoni is charged with 13 counts of making false entries, two counts of bank fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit the offences.
