US Group Seeks Legal Change To Reduce Systemic Risk Of Derivatives

REGULATORS

WASHINGTON, DC--The US President's Working Group on Financial Markets earlier this month recommended several changes to the Commodities Exchange Act designed to reduce systemic risk in the over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives markets.
