Telerate Loses Battle, But Still At War With Intex Row Could Jeopardize Its Participation In Minex

Software firm Intex Holdings (Bermuda) Ltd. claims Telerate Systems Inc.'s participation in Minex may be in breach of its contract with the Dow Jones subsidiary. The charges could jeopardize Telerate's participation in Minex Corp.'s proposed foreign exchange order-matching system.

Intex's claims follow New York Supreme Court clearance last month of the American Arbitration Association's (AAA) ruling in favor of Intex in an earlier dispute with Telerate. That row centered on Telerate's decision to
