Credit Lyonnais Merges FX, Bonds; French Banks Report Higher '92 Gains

In common with a number of European and U.K. banks in the past year or two, Credit Lyonnais has combined its treasury and capital markets divisions under one management structure. Bernard Darmayan, formerly head of foreign exchange and swaps for the bank, has taken over as director of treasury, longer-term bonds and derivatives, according to bank officials. Jacques Bellut, who previously headed the foreign exchange and treasury division, has left the bank.
