Citibank Moves New York Dealing Room As Strategy For Customer Service Evolves

With the nearest competition still leagues behind it, Citibank's foreign exchange business is shifting gears and re-positioning to enhance its already dominant market presence, bank sources say. Citibank's 125-strong North American foreign exchange team is going live in a new dealing room today, at 399 Park Avenue, New York.

According to Citibank sources, the move marks more than just a technological advance, it reflects Citibank's aggressive approach to improve service to the global customer
