AMSTERDAM--ABN Amro Bank is equipping its risk experts with 3-D visualization technology designed to help them spot and analyze the correlations among risk factors that can be obscured by the mass of statistical data.
The analytics are based on vendor Visible Decisions In 3D technology.
With access to 200 different types of yield curves, risk managers can better view the time series data for over two million instruments to locate key data relationships.
The technology also highlights gaps in data
