BKB Builds New Trading Room In Basle To House Expanded Treasury Operation

Basler Kantonalbank (BKB), one of Switzerland's largest regional banks, has significantly grown its treasury operations and is planning to move into a new 65-position trading room in its Basle headquarters on December 2.
The bank has installed three systems from SunGard Capital Markets: the Devon Derivatives System, the Devon Forex System and the Panorama global risk management system. The bank has also installed Octagon, an exchange-traded futures/options application developed by SunGard
