Prebon Yamane has announced its plans to install British Telecommunication's Open Trading System as its global market data distribution system. This system will be supplied by Syntegra, the systems integration division of BT.

As part of the installation, Prebon will link OTS systems in each of its 20 offices with a Wide Area Network. Once linked, Prebon offices across the globe will be able to access information located anywhere on the system in real time. Prebon will also build standardised
