Dmitri Shuster is definitely not playing catch-up. The global head of foreign exchange at Credit Agricole CIB (CACIB) has been at the helm of the bank’s currency business since April 2014, adding FX to his professional bow, having been the head of interest rate derivatives trading for the Americas in New York before stepping into the role.
