Nex commits to FX Global Code, sets up public register

The company commits to adhere to the principles of the code of conduct

Nex, the operator of the EBS foreign exchange venues, has signed a Statement of Commitment to adopt and adhere to the principles of the FX Global Code of Conduct across these platforms and the Nex Optimisation business lines.

Nex has also set up a public register for firms that agree to sign the document of adherence to the Code.

“The Code has already had a significant impact on the FX industry, with market participants quickly demonstrating support for its guidelines,” says Seth Johnson
