Citi Taps Midland's Mahoney To Head N.Y. FX Prize Job Goes To Outsider, Once An Insider

According to David Young, a division executive at Citibank N.A., the bank has hired Richard Mahoney, formerly a managing director of foreign exchange at Midland Bank PLC, to succeed Mark Rosasco as head of its foreign exchange division in New York.
