Lehman Hires HSBC’s Longden To Boost Spot Forex In Tokyo

TOKYO--Lehman Brothers in Tokyo has hired Rick Longden to run the firm’s Asian spot forex trading operation, based in Tokyo.

He starts work today (Monday) reporting to Mark De Gennaro, global head of foreign exchange in New York.

Longden replaces Daniel Moussaieff who is to transfer to London to manage East European spot foreign exchange.

Longden joins from HSBC in London, where he headed spot forex in emerging markets, reporting to Birgitta Jesperson, head of the emerging markets currency group
