Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) is continuing its hiring spree in London with three additions last week--two more from rival Bank of Scotland, bank officials say (FX Week, September 27). Derek Caldwell joins the bank as head of proprietary trading from Nordbanken--previously he was at Swiss Bank Corp. John Blackley, a 20-year veteran from Bank of Scotland, where he was chief spot dealer, is the new senior manager of interbank sales at RBS, while his colleague, Tina Evans, dollar/mark dealer at Bank
