The files of 35 Deutsche Bank (DB) employees – who were not included in the regulatory investigation into the alleged rigging of the WM/R benchmark – will be searched by lawyers litigating the class action lawsuit for further evidence that the bank and its competitors conspired to rig currency markets, FX Week has learned.
