Reuters Faces Charges On D2000-2 Promises Officers Charged With Securities Fraud

TECHNOLOGY

Attorneys for Reuters Holdings PLC are scheduled to respond next week to a class action complaint accusing the company and several of its officers and employees of securities fraud and negligent misrepresentation under the provisions of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
