Robin Swift, aged 36, who used to run Deutsche Bank's London treasury operations, has been appointed managing director of a new venture between Cater Allen, one of the City's leading discount houses and Premium Management, a fund manager specialising in the insurance industry. The new company - Cater Premium Treasury Management - is chaired by Alistair Buchanan, a former chairman of Cater Allen.
